6 months agoPoor service. On velentines day I went in to see if tepuke florist had any flower bokays available for purchase. Was served by a yunger lady, she was nice stated that wasn’t any available but kindly help me look for alternative options. Then an elder lady came along that worked there or was family helping out but to what I persumed was to help, but was shocked to be treated like an idiot. She kept repeating good luck in a snarky way for leaving it to last minute me and my wife both work very long hours 6 days a week we both don’t have much time to get out I was coming in on my lunch break this day as only time I found. In conclusion I wouldn’t want to be served/deal with her again but from that experience. Flowers look lovely so apart from her I’d consider it a good florist.

10 months agoWhen money is more important than service, its time to move on! I live in London and have been using Te Puke Florists for some 10 years+ and more recently having flowers delivered to a local cemetery. In all occasions when no one was there to receive the flowers, a photo of the flowers in situ (back door, cemetery headstone) was emailed back to me as a kind keepsake as opposed to proof of delivery. Not this time. $130 and even have to prompt to find out if they were delivered on the requested day. The reply was curt and dismissive and included "we were busy...". I looked on Google Maps and the point-to-point driving time florist to cemetery is a whole 5 minutes. Everyone has a phone with a camera. I hope you get less busy so you can go back to good old customer service taking priority over a quick buck and cheap excuses!

3 years agoReally disappointed with this. Looks nothing like the photos on their website. Doesn't have any real flowers, just looks like they put all the leftovers into this. Wrapped with what looks like white A3 paper. Just really disappointed as it wasn't cheap.
