Absolutely the best treatment. Administration got in touch immediately there was a change to confirm I had an appointment and then a change. They fit me on immediately when it was best I saw a doctor in person rather than online. My daughter and I think Tend have the best technology equipment available. Highly recommend Tend.

Worst experience! Do not use this company and specifically do not accept a consultation with Dr Siobhan Trevallyan. She should be ashamed to call herself a doctor. I did an online consultation and the doctor didnt listen to what i needed and charged me $390 for routine bloods. She said i didnt need them beacuse im only 33 so charged me even though i reversed my pcos naturally through diet and lifestyle and want to check my horome levels prior to trying for a baby this year. We only had 10mins so I refered her to my previous history as to why I wanted my bloods taken. It has been such an issue getting the assestment revised as well, after explaining the situation in more detail, she still refused. I agreed to pay for 1 of the bloods but now shes claiming it was always all, whats the point of even going to a gp if i have to pay 390!? I could have gone directly to pathlab and achieved the same result. Ive requested this in the past no issue and it would have only taken the doctor a few moments to check my history to see this. But instead it was rushed through. If you are someone like me who cares about their health and proventable measures to stay healthy, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR. Shame on you!

Newly repatriated to New Zealand, I joined Tend medical group and attended my first nurses checkup at Pāpāmoa. Nurse Beth was terrific and referred me to my first Doctors appointment with Dr Robin Crow at the Greerton practice. After loathing to be told “the computer will be listening” to the whole consultation using A.I; I went ahead and explained my concerns to Dr Robin around heightened restlessness, and inquired about homeopathic treatments suggesting the likes of hypnotherapy or organic vapors while remaining open to other more traditional suggestions. Dr Robin was clearly unhappy with my self prescribing ideas and replied beginning with the word “unfortunately…” and that she does not have anyone she would like to refer me too. She clearly disapproved and offered no alternatives, ended the meeting and sent me away untreated. This clinic clearly deserves its awful 3.4 Google score and I herein add to their growing collection of 1 Star reviews. I explained all of this to my home clinic at Pāpāmoa, and they agreed and refunded my money at least. Pāpāmoa Tend proved to be excellent during our family’s registration and deserve the much higher 4.6 Google score. We will remain with them and I warn all readers to study all of Greerton Tend other 1 Star reviews and consider this practice with great caution.

Poor service, had an appointment booked like a week ago for my son and took half day as slots not available and then get rung at the last minute its cancelled because no registered nurse. Poor management honestly. Had to reschedule. Not the first time. All they will do is write sorry under this review.

Absolutely terrible, getting an appointment is always a nightmare and the answer is always "well you'll just have to go to the A&E" I used the app almost a week ago to order long term medication that I will have to take forever, i was notified 4 days later (when my medication had then run out) that I couldn't get more without a clinician review but as always the closest appointment was over 2 weeks away so I called to explain I needed to see someone sooner as I take beta blockers which are extremely dangerous to stop taking abruptly and was told to join the que for an online consult so I did and waited an hour then 10 minutes before I was meant to be seen the clinician cancelled my appointment but reassured me an interim script would be ready by the end of the day which it was not and is still not ready over 24 hours later. I don't see why I should have to spend 6 hours waiting in the A&E to be seen when it takes literally less than one minute to sign off on a script, I would understand the amount of hoops and difficulty to get repeats if I was taking painkillers or opioids but I'm not and it shouldn't be this difficult to get medication that it is life threatening to run out of
