From the moment I arrived and the greeting I received from the Kimberley on the desk to the amazing service I received from Nicki the optometrist I cannot be more happy. The time they have spent with choosing glasses to assessing my contact lenses over a week is amazing. Thank you Nicki and Kimberley, you’re an asset to the company.

Customer confidence and satisfaction is important , which is what we have experienced over the years. This is due to the services available ,top qualified Optometrists and friendly staff members. However, in addition to that, we want to express our thanks to Celia Cutfield a therapeutic Optometrist one of the directors, is a very skilled person in handling customer needs, advice, recommendations and attention to detail, has been so helpful, particularly when making some important decisions on many occasions. 2 months agoPopped in today to get my sunglasses fixed, after being turned away by others. Charlotte, I believe, had them fixed up in 5 mins for no charge. I'm really happy with the experience. All staff seemed lovely and I will for sure come here for future eye care. Thanks

3 months agoI seen Nikki Yee for the first time and received some unexpected news about my eyes. Nikki was so kind, patient with all my questions and went out of her way to find me some answers. I think sometimes this is a place where patients feel vulnerable and to have an optometrist that cares enough to go extra mile is invaluable. Will continue seeing Nikki!
