4 years agoTessa is a highly qualified and down to earth Personal Trainer. She has been awesome to work with. I am a busy CEO who works long hours but scheduling 2 regular sessions with Tessa each week has been brilliant and a worthwhile investment. I haven't been in the gym of years! But Tessa developed a program to ease me back in as well as support my health goals. I love these sessions. They help me maintain balance and work on my health. Tessa has also just provided me with a sensible meal plan with real food! Highly recommend her.

4 years agoTessa is an awesome, motivational Personal Trainer. Currently I attend one PT session a week with my teenage daughter. Tessa caters our PT session for both our needs/fitness levels. Tessa is very knowledgeable about fitness, health and nutrition. She is very good at incorporating her knowledge into our PT sessions, adding an extra level of depth to the training. Our fitness continues to improve the more we train with Tessa and we are working towards becoming fitter and stronger.

4 years agoTessa is an amazing trainer and exercise physiologist. I had been struggling with lower back pain for years after multiple fractures about 8 years ago. Tessa prescribed me a 3 phase plan which has been amazing. It has been hard work but after the first phase I began to see results and have far less pain, and now my back is feeling the best it has in years. I have increased strength, mobility, and balance. Highly recommended
