3 months agoWe are a small construction company, we told HQ precast from the beginning that we hadn’t done pre cast panels before and to encapsulate all costs. They were great to start with then hidden costs started appearing that were needed to complete the job…. transport, rigging, sealing the panels, they also agreed (as we were on a fixed labour and materials on charge up contract) that they would provide concrete invoices so we could claim these costs, which they reneged on, all this added up to around 35k that we had to swallow, careful with these guys….sharks!
