9 months agoBad weather is a sign of weakness in the market and the market is still reeling from the recent economic slowdown in the region which prompted concern over inflation as a whole is a major concern to many economists who believe that a slowdown is not the best way of easing economic conditions thank goodness that it has a strong economic outlook for this year’s first quarter. Thank you

11 months agoI left my chainsaw here for a service in April, a sort out of the primer bulb which was playing up and a sharpen. I was advised that there would be a 2 week wait. At the end of 2 weeks I chased them up and was advised that it would be another week. Part way through the 3rd week I chased them up and was advised that it would be another week. Part way through the 4th week after dropping the chainsaw of for a service I chased them up and it still was not done. I advised them that the following Monday I needed to head into the Mount for business and if not done I would pick it up and take it to the Mount Stihl shop. Text arrived on Thursday advising it was ready for pick up. Picked it up on Friday and went to use it a week later. Primer still not working and bar and chain all covered in rust and obviously not sharpened (I think they must have left it out in the rain as it is always locked up in a cupboard in my shed at home). I think they charged me $227.00 for doing nothing. A month or so later I had a problem with the oil pump and took it to Stihl shop at Mount Maunganui (not going back to the Te Puke boys). It was ready for pickup earlier than the 10 days they advised me. As well as replacing the oil line they gave it a check over and replaced a faulty fuel line (cause of the primer issue). Much better service and only a $100.00 charge and they gave me a bag with all the parts they had replaced. I prefer to buy local, but when you get shit service, or my case no service and an expensive bill you take your business elsewhere. 1 star is as low as this review can go. It really should be minus 3 stars. My wife wanted to buy an E bike at their bike shop. I told her we would not be spending another dollar with this outfit until the current owners/management are gone.
