3 years agoThis is a very well run business. The zcAB consultants are readily available (see published opening hours), approachable and well trained to assess the needs of the customers, and provide access to the information, services and professionals to get the necessary results. All contacts handled at the CAB bureau are quality-checked by another person for correctness and completeness. Great people, great service.
Me Me
3 years agoAbsolutely disgusting and un helpful. I had called to see about seeing a family lawyer. To which I was told they come on mo day and it is a 15 minute free advice. So they booked me in for 1pm. I arrived just before one. A note on the door said closed call this number. I rang the number and explained that I had an appointment for 1. Which i was told the lawyer isn't here yet and that there are 4 people in front of you. I said but I was told I had an appointment at 1. To which they said well they are volunteers and it is first come first seen. I said then why not explain this on the phone as my husband was at home with the children expecting me back so he could go to work. The woman said that is how it is will you be wanting the appointment. I said yes as it is so hard to get a lawyer here. She said to wait outside I sat in my car outside the front door. I waited half hour thinking if there are 4 people and it's 15 mins slot.i will just ring to check if the lawyer had actually arrived already. To which I was told they have gone and that they thought I wasn't here. I asked why would they think that when i told them i would be waiting. The woman said that she didn't know that. I told her I had told the other lady I was waiting as hard to get a lawyer. The woman said that she had come out and I wasn't there. I said Noone has been out of this office I have been sat outside the front door and Noone has come out. (Noone called my name or anything, I had my car door open whilst waiting and my eyes on the the door and the building. Noone came out of there. This is absolutely despicable service especially when someone is suffering and struggling to get help and they say they can provide help and advice and then not do it. Disgusting
