6 months agoBoo!!! Hiss!!! No stars and thumbs down! Been trying to ring rebel sport tauranga all day sat and sun and neither "sales floor" nor "backroom" will pick up the call. As a customer I find this frustrating. Disregard the single star, sporty rebels, google required it to post a review.

a year agoI had a really great after-sales service experience here. I bought some shoes from the store last week and found them a bit too big, so I came in to exchange them. The staff told me to just find the right size I needed. I found it easily, but unfortunately, I accidentally tore off the tag while trying on the original shoes. The staff reassured me that it was okay, and the exchange process went smoothly. I'm really happy with the new shoes that fit perfectly. Thanks to the staff for their patient service.
