Excellent Services from One nz Rotorua branch excellent communication and so professional i forgot the name of lady that helped me to force restart my iphone when i thought it wouldn't. She charged me $0 and given a beautiful smile. i would recommend this store anyday.

Apart from the initial encounter which was great. I went in to pay my bill today and thought while I'm here I'll add a watch to my account for my wife for Xmas. I got a S23 ultra worth $2000 plus can't remember the full price with no worries at all. Today wanted to add the $549 watch to my account and the sales rep said they need a 3 month bank statement. I'm like are you serious. OK thank you I'll just take my money somewhere else. Apart from paying my bill sorry One NZ I won't be shopping with you again in the future.

Slowest staff .. young Asian lady serves whoever she feels like. Makes us wait for extended time while they sit on there phone and pretend to do stuff. As a former employee I understand the system and feel this team have a I don't care attitude towards the customers

I have been a customer over 25 years l when to change my phone like what l’ve done over the years and can’t get because credit check denied for l don’t know why never felt a payment nor have any credit problem I just don’t want to paid upfront just to put on my plan as l done before

Slowest customer service! I was there, and the male staff member spent over 30 minutes with a customer just for a phone case, mostly chatting and not caring about other customers. Every time I go there, they are always slow. I will not be coming back.
