a month agoUsed to be one of my favourite stores, my wife, children and myself all own items that we love. However after witnessing name calling and racist behaviour towards customers I will no longer shop at this store or brand again. - Moving forward I hope this store conducts some education with regards to cultural competency noting Rotorua is NZ’s cultural capital.

a year agoThe guy staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer our questions about the correct apparel to buy for queenstown. But unfortunately we couldn't buy anything as we had to rush for an activity we booked. But will buy in Auckland with all the helpful information. Just wanted to say thanks for all the information!!

a year agoHad a fantastic time shopping in Macpac, the staff were brilliant and helped with all our purchases. The assistant manager (I think) was a lovely lady, helpful and hilarious. Although our faces didn’t look enthused we did take your recommendation of going on the night light canopy walk and it was brilliant so a huge thank you for the idea, it was a fantastic end to our stay in Rotorua. Never thought I’d write a review for a shop, but here we are.
