My partner and I recently engaged the Greatlife Immigration Services team to assist us with Visitor Visa and Partnership-based Work Visa Applications. Jan and the team have indepth knowledge of the Immigration NZ requirements/processes and were able to guide us through what can be a very stressful and at times impersonal experience. In support of our application, Greatlife provided detailed instructions and examples of what types of documents and evidence were needed to validate and prove our personal situation. Upon our completing and providing the required information, this was uploaded to a Share Drive and reviewed/verified by the Greatlife team (by means of a checklist for each item of evidence) at each stage of the process and prior to submission of the application to Immigration NZ. Jan was always available by phone or email when we needed clarification or to check on the status of our application.
