a month agoTauriko has very bad public relations, customers having movies ruined by bad behaviour while in the cinema .We were offered free tickets and when we used them we received a very angry phone call at Tauriko from some one going on about "in house procedures and revenue". I'm not surprised revenue is going down if that's how they treat customers . Won't be going back.

2 months agoOverall movie was ok, however the only problem I had was that I ordered hot chips before the movie and they never showed up. Mid way through the movie I asked where they were and was told that they were coming soon so went back to watch the movie, and those chips never showed.

2 years agoWow, went to watch Guardians of the Galaxy 3, Mission Impossible and Transformers Rise of the Beasts. What a place to watch these movies. The chairs were very comfortable and the food always a winner with me and the whānau. Well done, thoroughly enjoyed this place.
