4 months ago👎 Waited 6 days for photos that were supposed to be done in 24hrs and the photos all had lines through them and were subpar. Told to take them back to store. I just want my money back.

2 years agoI had a horrific experience ordering through these guys for a work event. I recommend saving yourself the stress, time and money wastage and going somewhere else. I don't think I've ever experienced such dithering incompetence. Account below: - Ordered 30 copies of 3 different posters to be printed on their top grade thick paper to be handed out as sets at an event. - Got an email saying all 3 orders were ready so went to pick up, got there and they spent 15 min trying to find my order with no luck, it had been less than an hour since it had been completed and in that time they had managed to lose it. - They say to come back in 10 min and they will reprint, I show back up and they're super proud of themselves for getting the job done until I point out they printed 1 copy of each poster instead of 30... - They then tell me they don't have any of the paper I ordered left so will do it on a lower quality paper, don't offer any refund for using cheaper product. - I wait 30 min for them to print it, then it's finally done, get back to my event and... - They've printed 30 of one poster, 28 of the second poster and 18 of the third poster on the still ok paper but cheaper paper. The last 12 of the third poster was printed on flimsy significantly cheaper paper that wasn't fit for purpose. - In the end I spent a significant amount of money on 18 sets instead of 30 and wasted an hour and a half of my life on their incompetence.

3 years agoIf you go here for printing be prepared to wait. Twice I've been just to print a single page. The first time took an hour to get to the front of the queue. Today, the second time, I was second in the queue but there wasn't anyone at the counter. Not sure how long the guy in front was waiting but I didn't want to be waiting an hour like last time so left after 5 minutes. Maybe a self service photocopying/printing might work.

3 years agoI went in last week to print 100 photos so I could put them into an album as a birthday present. Loaded the photos onto a USB stick, took it to the machine at Warehouse Stationery, Rotorua. Select all - size - border - gloss or whatever - Print - receive receipt. Took the receipt to the guy at the counter to pay $54.00 - 15 minutes he said, 15 minutes later back to uplift photos. No problemo. We were all happy with the service, with the photos and the recipient was stoked when we gave the album to him on Saturday night. I understand that there are sometimes inexperienced young ones on that counter who may steer you crook but come on people, give them a chance. They will never learn if you don't return and ask them to try again.
