11 months agoOmg such an amazing fish and chip feed after a long day at work. The place was busy so I had to wait 20 minutes for my order but it was well worth it. I got a hoki fillet and chips and the hoki was large and tasted sooo fresh. Plenty of chips - I ate everything. Highly recommend this takeaway store! Eating them by the sea makes them taste even better too.

3 months agoI've been a local resident in pukehina for 13 years and hv always got resonable amount of fish & chips and good quality, but purchased a $25 pack today and it was terrible. The fish filled was so thin and tasted mushy. That could mean the fish have been frozen to long. The chips where terrible, hard and only looked like a half of scoop. Sort ur shit out guys or the locals will not use u.

a year agoBest fish and chips in the Bay of Plenty. Everything is so fresh... You don't get that sluggish feeling after eating them. The burgers are absolute fire. They obviously change their oil often. This place rocks.

5 months agoFood is okay, service is subpar. Was accused of ordering a meal that I didn’t pick up. Was confronted by 3 staff members. I had told them I didn’t order a meal that wasn’t picked up. They didn’t take my word for it. Reluctantly was given an apology after I asked for one, all because someone by the name of Dylan ordered a meal that contained a deep fried Moro bar ( which admittedly I do get time to time) I asked them to phone the number a called obviously my phone did not ring. Only dairy in Pukehina so prices are above average and sometime we have no choice but go there. If you are after an average meal that you’ll need to add on 20 minutes to wait time with crap service this is your one stop shop.
