a month agoI’m a regular customer at both the Auckland and Hamilton branches, so I know exactly how the Veggi Punch usually looks and tastes. However, this visit was very disappointing. It wasn’t even a busy time at the store, yet we were left waiting at the counter while the staff were busy eating pizza at the back, even though they clearly saw us. When we finally received our order, I could barely find any tomatoes or coriander, and the taste was nowhere near what I’ve experienced at other branches—probably only about 50% as good. Unfortunately, this was my worst experience at Pizza Club so far.

3 weeks agoHighly Not Recommended! Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread, and the experience was absolutely terrible. The garlic bread was completely uncooked – the butter inside was still frozen. The worst part was finding bugs 🐞 on top of the pizza 🤢🤮. When I went to show the staff, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive. This is by far the worst food and customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. I will never be going back.

a week agoPizza Club has to be the best in New Zealand. All branches produce amazing Pizza. This one in Tauranga is no exception. The butter chicken and slingshot ones are incredible, all options are very good.

5 years ago*Update 1/7/20: Still love this place! amazing food, always nice and hot. Fantastic customer service, very respectful. The pizzas are topped with good quality products and packed as it should be. The store is clean and tidy* Incredible food! I had the "chicken slingshot" and it's the best pizza I've EVER had! (And I've eaten alot of pizza) the chips were lovely the spicy garlic bread was amazing! Lovely customer service online and in person. I live up pyes pa and wish it cost less for delivery, $10 is a lot.

5 years agoExcellent!! Best pizza in neighborhood without doubt!! Have been a regular customer for almost 2 years. Never had a bad pizza coming out of their oven. Crispy crust with descent quantity of good quality toppings. Garlic bread combo is a must try. If you are a fan of indian food then go for the Tandoori Chicken pizza with Mayo topping (in the pic).
