a year agoTook a long time but I am finally ready to write a review on my experience. I hired a 2x makeup session. With the option of having a test run before the 1st session. The test run went well, the artist did two options, each on half my face. I told the make up artist which option I preferred for the 1st session, which was for my wedding. I even took a photo from the test run. Come wedding day, i asked the artist if she needed to refer to the photo, she said no, she remembered. An hour later, she had on my make totally wrong! Wrong colour scheme, eye make up too heavy, I looked like I was about to perform on stage! I was so upset but it was too late to redo the make up. I told the artist that i was not happy. Come the second session 2 weeks later (which I booked for a delayed wedding photoshoot, but already paid in advance with earlier session), even before sitting down, the artist claimed without my prompting "we can't refund you for the last session as the make up was still used". No apology for ruining my wedding day! I didn't even want a refund, just an acknowledgment of mistake on a very important day to me! So rude! I will NEVER go to them again. I have photos of how horrible the wedding make up is - unfortunately for the rest of my life. I am still upset thinking about it 3 years later. Such HORRIBLE service. If there was a rating lower than 0, I would totally rate them lower!

3 years agoThis was my first time at a new hairdressing salon and it won’t be my last. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional making it such a lovely experience. Destiny was incredible and did exactly what I wanted plus more with my hair. I’m so happy and will definitely come back to Destiny & Lush hair 👍

2 years agoWe are travellers and needed a haircut. We booked an appointment with Amy. She did a great job! She took the time and the haircut was perfect. Sadly we won’t be back because we live on the other side of the world. Otherwise we would def visit again!

7 years agoHad a lovely pedicure with a friendly and helpful lady. It was pleasant and well done. However some of the nail polish has come off after less than 24 hours without any obvious reason. More direction regarding how long to leave it before having a spa would’ve been helpful.

2 years agoJust passing through with really bad hair. Popped in to Lush to purchase a mini conditioner.. Am so grateful, Stylist gave me a shampoo & co nditioner combo free of charge. Apparently she had out the back. Thank you so much. You are very kind. Much appreciated
