The Nelly Boo team has been fantastic to work with. Their communication regarding our pre-orders was outstanding. We couldn't find any fault with their service and will definitely recommend them to all our friends.

Honestly had the most pleasant experience at Nelly Boo in Rotorua with Karin. It was our first day out ever buying anything baby related and our morning had been disappointing until we found Nelly Boo! Such a beautiful shop with the most caring customer service. So excited for our pram package to arrive, definitely won’t be going to any other shops in the future! Thanks Karin

Amazing service over the weekend from Karin. We went in whilst visiting Rotorua for the weekend and asked so many questions and Karin went beyond to answer them all. We then popped in the next day and asked if they could order 2 carseats for the twins but they were new to NZ so we knew it may not be possible. It was no problem at all and the help and advice we received was phenomenal. Really cannot recommend Karin from Nelly Boo enough.

I’m sorry I walked into this store because i never want to leave! The service was exceptional and the product knowledge was impressive. The demonstrations of products were next level and the staff are delightful to deal with. No pushy sales people , just staff with a passion to help with your needs. We went in just to have a look and walked out with an Edward and Co pushchair and all the extras. I have been into both stores ( Rotorua and Takanini) and both stores have delivered! Thank you team :)

The girls were so helpful, and gorgeous people !! So kind, honest and informative. .... great senses of humor too. I bought the swivel car seat for my grand daughter after seeing it in their shop. As I live in whangarei, I bought it online and they couriered it to her in Auckland. They even put a lovely little postcard in the parcel for Indi. Definately recommend to everyone. I will be buying more from these girls xx
