2 months agoAbsolutely appalled by what happened to a local Rotorua beautician who was wrongly accused and publicly humiliated at Farmers Rotorua. This is someone who shops at your store regularly, weekly, alongside her business partner, purchasing beauty products to support their small business. Instead of being treated with respect as a loyal customer and young business owner, she was loudly confronted and told to leave the store, only for it to be revealed that it was a case of mistaken identity. The ID check came after the damage was done. How humiliating. And what was the apology? A quiet, embarrassed “sorry” after a very public accusation? This isn’t just poor service!! this has serious consequences for a person’s dignity, mental wellbeing, and business. The impact of your actions affects more than just the moment it affects community trust. Do better. Respect your customers. And issue a proper public apology to this woman and others like her. This is not okay.

11 months agoWe were looking for charger converters, and the electronic store next-door did not have it, but they did have a selection, one even better than the electronic store.

5 months agoThe staff here are very friendly - one lady almost crashed into me in the carpark though. Overall my favourite is the jewellery section!
