I go to Bella Moore Massage and see Toni when i know that my body needs some care. I train quite hard in the gym and can carry quite a fair bit of tension through the back area causing it to be quite painful when i leave it untreated for too long. Everytime i see Toni i walk out feeling brand new. Her pressure and style of massage, which is completely personalised, is perfect and i could not recommend enough!

My son had a sports massage with Toni. She made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. Toni has a relaxed warm manner and a trustworthy approach. It is apparent how knowledgeable she is in the field of sports massage. With Toni's expertise and guidance she was able to relieve the pain and pressure my son was feeling. Today I had the Invigorate package which includes a body brush and a full body massage. Toni was really welcoming and friendly, we discussed my problem areas and she explained the treatment. The massage was excellent, she checked if the pressure was right and paid attention to tense areas. Afterwards I felt super relaxed and my niggly shoulder pain has gone. The whole experience was really lovely and I will definitely be a return customer and will be recommending Bella-Moore to friends.
