McDonald’s Papamoa

Went to Mac donald and came home to find my hot chocolate looks like this. Not a hot chocolate water down drink and looks like a black coffee. Not happy with the food order also they gave me a normal coke when I asked for a frozen coke.

I visited your Papamoa drive-thru on Friday, between 12:10–12:20 PM and ordered a Crispy Chicken Tomato Cheese Lettuce and Bacon combo. While staff member Kiwa was courteous and acknowledged my concerns, I encountered several issues that I hope you can address: 1. Missing Receipt No receipt was provided with my order, which made it difficult to reference details afterward. ​ 2. Meal Quality Concerns ​ - Chicken Patty & Bacon: The chicken breast was lukewarm, and the bacon (a single thin slice) was cold and lacked freshness. ​ - Foreign Object in Meal: I discovered a long hair attached to the food, raising concerns about hygiene standards. ​ - Chips/Fries: The portion was notably sparse (appearing half-filled), lukewarm, overly greasy, and smaller in size compared to previous orders. I appreciate Kiwa’s professionalism in listening to my feedback, but the overall experience was disappointing. Our morning at McDonald's cafe in Papamoa turned out to be a delightful experience. Despite the fact that the morning wasn't particularly busy for the cafe, our own schedules were packed, and we were in need of a quick breakfast. McDonald's proved to be the perfect solution. The cleanliness of the establishment was notable, and the service was not only fast but also accommodating to our time constraints. The staff's friendliness added a positive touch to our quick visit. We did encounter a minor issue with our order, but the manager efficiently and professionally resolved it, ensuring that our breakfast experience remained smooth. In terms of the food, McDonald's delivered what we were looking for – a fast and convenient breakfast that met our expectations. Overall, the combination of a clean environment, fast service, and a responsive team made our morning stop at McDonald's in Papamoa a satisfying and efficient choice.

They gave me medium fries instead of large ones and a tall blonde girl threw the fries in the bag in a very bad way.

Terrible service. The tall blonde cashier who served me today at 8:45 was extremely rude. First, she charged me in a very unfriendly manner, and then she threw both of my orders on the counter. From what I could see, she was doing the same with everyone. Absolutely disgraceful!
