4 years agoSajan from Kiwihort Te Puke was easy to understand, he helped with everything in setting up our laptop/printer/scanner. Very professional, good value, excellent service. We have decided to use him as our ongoing technician.

4 years agoGreat service from the start! Lappy was running slow. Internal clean, rebooted system and replaced all content, upgraded windows and Sajan shared some good tips on how to preserve the lifespan of my lappy. Went from thinking I had to purchase a new lappy (quite pricey for a student) to an affordable price and the knowledge that my lappy has at least 3 years left. Winning!! Mihi nui.

4 years agoNot someone to be trusted. The boss is really unprofessional, and unrespectfull. He dares to lie to you in front of you. Pretending I didn't give him the password. Password he asked and wrote himself on the contract in front of me. He laughs at you. He doesn't take your problem seriously. If you can avoid his services, do it. I had to call him every day, cause he doesn't, I have never received a single call or text from him. Even though he's pretending the opposite. I had to go there 3 times cause he gave it back to me with the frontal microphone not working. And now I have a phone with the new screen protector broken in 2 (Phone protector I didn't order at the beginning, and after commanding it, he gave it for free saying that I don't have money : one exemple of his lack of respect) and the back screen broken in X... pieces. Thanks God he let me a courtesy phone for 3 days, while trying to do his job. Now, the phone is "repaired" and usable, so he deserves at least 2 stars. But he's the worst shop I had to deal with in Te Puke. Once again, not someone to be trusted.
