4 years agoI brought shoes on line.. Got a friendly ph call to say they didn't have that color in stock. It's been 2.5weeks after we arranged a refund. Numerous emails got me no where. A firm phone call with plenty of expression today got me refunded with the help of a nice helpful staff member. Really rubbish organizing Ben. Looks like this is not a first for first class poor service.

3 years agoNot the best purchase experience - purchased a pair of HOKA's of Podium's website - took 10 days and contact via eMail and FaceBook to get an answer saying they missed the order. They said about refunding however still nothing yet... even tho bank transfers go each weekday.

2 years agoPoor communication. Shoes arrived Nov 22, wrong size. Thought it would be easy exchange. Wrong. Feb 23 I gave up and asked for a refund and was told next day it would be processed......still waiting g in April

a year agoShould update their web site. Says open. Wife drove into town( which is no easy task with the road upgrade) only to get there and a sign saying closed 9 Dec.

8 years agoTerrible service, the sales person advised I could return the shoes if they didn't suit. I returned them unworn within a week and only then did they advise that they only issued store credit or a swap! I am now $255 out of pocket and they are no longer returning my phone calls - they just want your money
