a week agoAmazing store to shop at. Great produce, butchery, deli and bakery. Easy to find any product and staff are very happy and helpful. If I can’t find what I want, I know I can talk to the checkout team about getting that product in. I shop here regularly and love it!

a week agoNew World Whakatane, what a store! The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, no wonder they have won supermarket of the year 2x! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to assist me when I can’t find what I need. Checkouts are fast and efficient, and I appreciate how they often have great deals, discounts, in-store tastings and give aways on their FB page, such a bonus!

4 months agoI bought prime mince today and the colour was horrific on outside and underside ( bright pink ) inside a beige to fawn . It was tasteless and so much water came out . What is it ??? Not meat.

a month agoThe woman working in the chilled section was rude, I've had the misfortune of encountering her Monday last week and Tuesday the week before. I asked her if they sold Bega cheese and she told me to "have a look over there" and nodded to the other side of the aisle. She sneered and rolled her eyes at a crying baby last week. Not impressed and will not be back!
