Stirling Sports Rotorua

We went into the store today (5/1/25 between 11-11.30) there were two young people behind the counter. They greeted us as we walked in but were more interested in talking behind the counter than helping us. I eventually went up to the counter and the young girl looked at me blankly like she was annoyed I interrupted their conversation. The young man was much more helpful. First time in the store and I won’t be back. Ended up spending my money online at footlocker.

Apauling customer service, communication in Regards to an order online and time it took was rediculous.

I have had very pleasant experiences here and the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to help me regarding an error the online store made so even though it had nothing to do with them they helped me out so I got the item before the birthday if I waited for the online store I wouldn't have had the present on time. All staff were friendly and the store is presented immaculately. Excellent.

Awful experience in there. Went in to try and return something, the first young girl I spoke to was incredibly rude and patronising, she then got an older lady who was just as rude and didn’t try to help in the slightest, just wanted a piece of paper stating their terms and conditions in my face. Avoid this company!
